Returns

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our hair accessories, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, except where required by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your request and offer an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for faulty or incorrect items and are subject to availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
